Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with MHP Ayurveda. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy regarding returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

1. Order Cancellation

How to cancel your order:

  • Cancellations can only be requested for “Confirmed” orders before the products are shipped.

  • Check your order status on the My Orders page.

  • “Confirmed” orders will display a Cancel button below them, available for 24 hours after confirmation or until shipment, whichever comes first.

  • Click the Cancel button to cancel your order instantly.

  • You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation of cancellation from +91 6262426261.

2. Returns & Replacements

When can you request a return or replacement:

  • Returns/replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Missing products

    • Damaged products

    • Expired products

    • (Rare cases) Products cause allergic reactions or do not suit your body

How to request a return/replacement:

  • Please share images of the product when sending your request.

Return/Replacement Process:

  1. After receiving your request, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 working days.

  2. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you may self-ship the product via a reliable courier. We will reimburse courier charges to your MHP wallet.

  3. Send the product with all accompanying materials and original packaging.

  4. Once received, we will process refunds or replacements quickly. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

3. Refunds

Prepaid Orders:

  • Cancellations: Refund will reflect in your wallet/bank account within 24 hours.

  • Returns: Refunds initiated within 2 working days of receiving returned items.

  • Edited Orders: Refunds for edited items will also be processed to your account.

Additional Information:

  • You will receive WhatsApp confirmation when your refund is credited.

  • Refund validity is 1 year from the date of credit in your wallet/bank account.

  • Check your transaction and refund history in the Order Details section.
