At MHP Ayurveda, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’re here to assist.

How to Cancel Your Order

• Cancellations can be requested only for “Confirmed” orders that have not yet been shipped.

• Check your order status on the My Orders page.

• If eligible for cancellation, a “Cancel” button will appear below your order.

• The Cancel button is available for 24 hours after order confirmation or until the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

• Click the Cancel button to instantly cancel your order.

• You will receive a cancellation confirmation message via WhatsApp from +91 6262426261.

Important Points to Note

• Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.

• If an order is cancelled within the allowed time frame, any prepaid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

• In case of payment reversal delays, please contact your bank or payment provider.
